2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 110 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have injured the victim causing simple injuries to him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim was assaulted somewhere else for trying to commit rape. The petitioner is in jail since 01.07.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is
