2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 (1) and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R. informant namely, Gudiya devi alleged that on 19.01.2025 , when father of informant went to attend nature 's call then all the accused persons came with 5 - 6 persons and started assaulting him by means of butt of rifle, rod, lathi and bricks as a result of which he sustained injuries and later on father of informant died.
