The petitioner is the husband who has been summoned by learned S.D.J.M., Munger, in connection with Complaint Case No. 51(C) of 2013.

A perusal of the complaint petition would show that there are allegations of demand of dowry and even causing assault by the husband. On the face of the allegations contained in the complaint petition supported by the witnesses in course of enquiry, if the learned Magistrate has taken a prima facie view and issued summons to the petitioner, no illegality or infirmity may be found with the same.
