2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Munger Mufassil P.S. Case No. 153 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 387 of the Indian Penal Code and and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, while the informant's nephew was going to school, the other accused persons stopping him, abused and demanded extortion of Rs. 50,000/-. In the next episode, the accused persons assaulted two nephews and cousin of the informant and firing was also made in the occurrence.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65753 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that there is case and counter case. Both the parties have suffered injuries. The allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are under custody since 28.04.2024 and 29.04.2024 respectively.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Munger in connection with Munger Mufassil P.S. Case No. 153 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
