2. On 25.04.2024, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not been able to obtain the correct address of respondent nos. 1 to 6 and seeks further time for the said purpose.
2. By way of last opportunity, further time of eight weeks is granted to the
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1735 of 2018(9) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner to take steps for fresh service of notice upon respondent nos. 1 to 6 on their present and correct address, failing which the petition will be dismissed.
3. List this matter on 05.07.2024."
3. Office has reported that no steps have been taken for fresh service of notice upon respondent nos. 1 to 6.
4. Hence, for non-compliance of order dated 25.04.2024, the present petition stands dismissed.
5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not been able to make contact with the petitioner and therefore, steps could not be taken for fresh service of notice and seeks liberty to move appropriate application in accordance with law for revival of the petition. It is made clear that liberty is always available in accordance with law.
