The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Punaura P.S. Case No.73 of 2019, registered under Sections 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioners along with Krishna Bihari kidnapped his sister. The victim appeared and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59667 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 she also disclosed in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that Krishna Bihari, Doli Kumari and others kidnapped her and kept confined in a room.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Krishna Bihari has already been granted regular bail on the ground that the victim solemnized marriage with Krishna Bihari and the case was compromised.
Taking into consideration the fact that the victim herself compromised the case after solemnizing marriage with Krishna Bihari, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Punaura P.S.
