Petitioner is said to have given Dabiya blow causing injury to informant's mother namely, Ramija Khatoon, who appears to have sustained simple injury.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-6, Purnea.
