By the impugned order dated 8.10.2015 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 6th, Banka in Sessions Trial No. 772 of 1998 arising out of Banka P.S. case no. 238 of 1998, the learned Sessions Judge has rejected the petition filed by the petitioner to declare him juvenile. This Court on perusal of impugned order does not find any illegality in the same.
