JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of appropriate writ / writs, order / orders, direction/directions to the respondents authority to make payment of wages at the minimum of the pay scales which are applicable to the regular employee holding the same post.

(ii) For Issuance of Mandamus commanding the respondents to allow the minimum of the pay scale at par to the similarly situated employees

(iii) Petitioner long services right from the year 1989, be taken into consideration where they have been made victim of gross discrimination and utter exploitation of working on a partly sum of remuneration.

(iv) To allow the payment of Grade scale of pay from retrospective date as per Government resolve based upon the principle of equal pay for equal work alongwith P.F. and other admissible benefits."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
