1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for granting the benefit of Assured Career Promotion Scheme in pursuance to the Resolution No. 7566 dated 14.07.2010 whereby and whereunder the State Government has issued direction for providing the A.C.P. benefits to all State Government Employee who have not been granted regular promotion during the service period."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.21106 of 2021(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Principal Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
