====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alinagar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the brother of the husband of the deceased.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is absolutely no material to connect the petitioner with the offence alleged and only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been implicated. It is further submitted that exactly similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court by an order dated 6.7.2017

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37975 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25399 of 2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Benipur, District Darbhanga in connection with Alinagar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 dated 9.3.2017 corresponding to G.r. No. 103 of 2017.
