The petitioner is the wife of the opposite party, namely, Krishnadeo Jha, who has filed this application for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 361 of 2019 from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to Family Court, Munger.

The petitioner is a young lady dependent upon her old and ailing parents. It is causing much inconvenience to her to travel to Bhagalpur from Munger to contest the matrimonial case.

Considering the facts of the case, the Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 361 of 2019 is directed to be transferred from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to Family Court, Munger.

After transfer of the case in the Court of Principal

Patna High Court MJC No.2228 of 2021(3) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 Judge, Family Court, Munger, the Principal Judge, Munger, will issue notice to both the parties and, thereafter, the proceeding will continue in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is allowed.

Let a copy of the order be communicated to the leaned District Judge, Bhagalpur and also to the learned District Judge, Munger through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
