ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 27-04-2026 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the grievance of the petitioner, in so far as the original amount of Rs. 1,60,900/- (which was earlier rejected) is concerned, has now been paid to the petitioners. Learned counsel submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner

Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to give a suitable representation to the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 ventilating his grievance with regard to the payment of interest on the delayed payment within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the same shall be considered in accordance with law on its own merits within a period of four weeks thereof.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
