JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appeal under Rule 32 of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. Control Order, 2016 against the order dated 01.10.2018 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Bhagalpur in Case No. 10 of 2018-19.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file the aforesaid appeal and in case, such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall adjudicate upon the same within a period of eighteen weeks thereafter.
