The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Matiyariya P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 354, 323, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of the injury sustained by the informant as contained in Annexure-4 to the present application as also the fact that there is a case and counter case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to

No.57287 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2 / 2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Matiyariya P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
