In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : 1(I) For by way of this writ petition, the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to issue the Arms license DBBL 12 Bore Gun in favour of the petitioner, for which the petitioner filed an application for Arms

Patna High Court CWJC No.22377 of 2018(2) dt.31-01-2019 2/2 License DBBL 12 Bore Gun on 04.12.2014 before the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, but till now no any action has been taken in this regard.

The petitioner had applied for arms licence vide Annexure 2 series to the present application. A report has also been submitted by the Circle Officer vide Annexure 5 to the present application dated 05.06.2015 letter No.623. Considering the aforesaid facts, the Respondent No.3 i.e. The District Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif is directed to dispose of the said application filed on behalf of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
