JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 The present petition has been filed seeking correction in the original writ petition to the effect that the respondent nos. 2 and 3 have been wrongly depicted inasmuch as the said respondents are of the District-Siwan and not of the DistrictGopalganj. In view of the averments made in the present petition, it is directed that the respondent no. 2 be read as the District Education Officer, Siwan and the respondent no. 3 be read as the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted liberty to file representation within a period of two weeks from today before the respondent no. 2 i.e. the District Education Officer, Siwan who shall dispose of
