2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 307, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner gave a knife blow on the head of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner and informant are the full brother and there is land dispute between them. The petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let

No.62406 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P. S. Case No. 217 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
