JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 30 (a)/56 (D) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 240 bottles (180 ml each) and 4310 bottles (180 ml each) of foreign liquor were recovered from the dickey of the two vehicles. The name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Prafull Singh. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2017. It is claimed that his antecedent is clean. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
