Petitioner is in custody in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016 for the offence under section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case total 36 liters of liquor has been seized. The petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.7.2019.

Having regard to the fact that earlier case registered against this petitioner is not under the Provision of Excise Act, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57453 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.- IInd-cum-Spl. Judge, Nawada, in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016.
