The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2021, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 307, 34 and 498(A) and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that she was married to Prem Kumar on 21.11.2019 ad after the marriage, the accused persons started demanding four wheeler and for non-fulfillment of the aforesaid demand, she was ousted from her matrimonial home and the husband also inflicted knife blow on her neck causing injury, but she managed to save her life by running away from the house. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the informant does not want to stay with the petitioner. It is next submitted that the informant wants to separate from the petitioner to which her husband objected and on account of which, the present false case came to be instituted. It is submitted that the husband of the informant works in a cloths's shop and his salary is Rs.8,000/- per month and as such, demand of four wheeler is a dream as neither the petitioner, nor her son are in a position to even maintain themselves.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj
