2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109 (1) , 303 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of BNS 2023 . 3 . As per F.I.R., informant namely Prashant Kumar Verma alleged that on 13.05.2025 at about 11 PM, when informant was returning home , in the meantime , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners stopped informant and petitioner No. 1 assaulted informant with butt of pistol and petitioner No. 2 assaulted informant with bamboo due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found the

4. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Manjhaul Begusarai in connection with Cheriyabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
