Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case filed under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution, the petitioner no. 1 has given pharsa blow upon Makeshwar Yadav causing injury. So far as the other petitioners are concerned the allegation is general and omnibus in nature.

It is contended that antecedent of all the petitioners is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58420 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 fair and injuries are simple in nature. It is also contended that one of the accused Mahesh Yadav who has given a blow by spade upon Rambilash Yadav has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Jamui P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015, the above named petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
