2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 149 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 109, 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 132, 324(4) and (5), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing a police official.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2025.

5. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and other similarly situated accused persons have already been granted bail.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the petitioners are involved in the killing of a police official, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
