BAJANTHRI) Date : 18-03-2025 In the present Miscellaneous Appeal, appellant-Manju Devi has assailed the order of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad (Bihar), dated 9th of November, 2016 passed in Matrimonial Case No.62/2012.
2. Respondent-Ramanand Singh has filed Matrimonial Case No.62/2012 that appellant-Manju Devi has entered into adultery/married with Sonu Kumar Singh. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad (Bihar) has taken note of pleadings, evidence and depositions of the respective witnesses and proceeded to pass Judgment in favour of the respondent-
Patna High Court MA No.1361 of 2016 dt.18-03-2025 2/2 Ramanand Singh to the extent of dissolving the marriage among the respondent-Ramanand Singh with Manju Devi, appellant herein.
3. Today, learned counsel for the respondent-Ramanand Singh furnished a copy of the order dated 20th February, 2023 passed in Criminal Revision No.933 of 2016 filed by the appellant-Manju Devi in which she has admitted her marriage with Sonu Kumar Singh, resultantly, Criminal Revision No.933 of 2016 was disposed of as it has become infructuous.
4. In the light of the admitted fact on behalf of the appellant-Manju Devi, appellant-Manju Devi has not made out a case so as to interfere with the Judgment dated 9th of November, 2016 passed in Matrimonial Case No.62/2012 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad (Bihar).
5. Accordingly, the present Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed.
