The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 504, 307, 323, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that while the informant was returning from his field with the basket of bitterguard (KARAILA), in the way, the accused persons surrounded him and started abusing and in consequence thereof, the accused persons fired and assaulted the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09-04-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Except two injuries, all other injuries are simple in nature. The matter relates to the land

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54334 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 dispute. The weapon used, is said to be the knife. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 64 of 2013.
