2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a)/47 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. As per FIR, prosecution case relates to recovery of 164.26 liters of illicit foreign liquor from a bus, bearing Registration no. BR06PC-5161, and petitioner is said to be owner of the said vehicle.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the Bus, from which, huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
