JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-12-2018 Petitioners are facing with threat of being put in untrained pay scale from their present trained scale services. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that in terms of the requirement contained in order of the Education Department dated 09.10.2018 under memo no. 1323 they were required to complete the six months bridge course namely PDPET which is being conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling (for short 'NIOS'). It is their submission that they had taken admission in November, 2016 but till date the same is not being completed and as a result the petitioners are faced with threat of being put in untrained pay scale. The petitioners are required to agitate their grievance for completing the course before NIOS. The State of Bihar cannot be held responsible in any manner for the alleged inaction on the part of the NIOS.
Patna High Court CWJC No.21448 of 2018 dt.14-12-2018 2/2 The writ petition is therefore, dismissed.
