Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in M.J.C. No. 243 of 2018 and, therefore, similar order for consideration be passed in these cases.
Considering the above, the writ applications are disposed off with the same liberty as granted in the order dated 22.08.2019 passed in M.J.C. No. 243 of 2018 with liberty to the petitioners to approach the State Government after disposal of S.L.P. (C) Diary No. 25804 of 2017.
