ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 644 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties and admittedly the dispute arose on account of a petty reason for parking the bicycle in front of the shop of informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the said dispute both sides have sustained injuries. The injuries having been inflicted on the

Learned counsel for the petitioners has also brought on record the injury reports by way of a supplementary affidavit. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 644 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
