====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Section 30 (A) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 266.4 liters of foreign liquor were recovered from the vehicle in which the petitioner was also sitting along with others. It is contended that another co-accused Taj Narayan Yadav has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 7.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27694/2017. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 3.04.2017. It is claimed that his antecedent is clean.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34609 of 2017(3) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 102/2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
