The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution story, the allegation of assault is against the accused persons where specific allegation is against the petitioner of giving 'farsa' blow and as per the observations of the learned Sessions Judge, the same has been found to be grievous in nature.

Considering the kind of injury that has been attributed to this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant him privilege of anticipatory bail which is accordingly rejected.
