The petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R. of Khagaul P.S. Case No. 282 of 2021 registered under Section 3, 4, and 5 of the Official Secrets Act.
The petitioner is accused in a case under official Secrets Act. He has sold the Government information of the country to I.S.I. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for interference.
Accordingly, this application for quashing is dismissed.
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1384 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of this petitioner who is engaged in selling the information of the country to enemy.
The District Judge, Patna, will take all steps for trial of the accused and he is directed to file a report after four weeks whether the trial has begun or not.
