JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2024 The learned counsel for the respondent-State seeks to file a counter affidavit, sworn by the Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna wherein, by way of a tabular chart, it has been shown that the arrears of salary and other outstanding dues were paid in the year 2012 itself, hence interest has been calculated for the delay, which had taken in payment of the same upto the date of payment and accordingly, the interest amount has also been paid on 12.09.2020.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has got nothing further to add, hence the present writ petition be permitted to be withdrawn.
