JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "a) The direction may be given to the respondent no. 3 to 5, to give 2nd and 3rd "Assured Carrier Promotion or A.C.P & Modified Assured Career Progression or M.A.C.P." benefits and other legal dues of the petitioner, to the petitioner, for which he is entitled forthwith with interest and cost of litigation, and b) Be further please to issue a direction to the respondents to pay all consequential monetary benefits, other monetary benefits and promotions to the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Additional Chief Secretary, Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner before the Additional Chief Secretary, Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, appropriate decision shall be taken thereon and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
