This application is filed for quashing of the order dated 18.11.2014 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners of Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 137/2013, G.R. No. 1477/2013.

This matter is of the year 2015 and learned counsel for the petitioners has no instruction about the status of the case. Hence, it seems that petitioners have lost interest in the matter. Accordingly, this quashing application stands dismissed.
