The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 174 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 420, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.05.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner has involved in cheating the informant and took away his Rs.1,00,000/-, mobile phone etc. but petitioner has not named in the F.I.R., yet he has not been put on TIP.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.57191 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 antecedent and petitioner has not named in the F.I.R. yet he has not put on TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 174 of 2019.
