The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2019 in connection with Aadapur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 412, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were made from the co-accused persons and not from the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.,
