The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 835 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 406, 323, 504, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that it would appear from the complaint petition that there is no documentary evidence in the case. Further submission is that the complainant has not sustained injury in the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33009 of 2017 (4) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
