2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 558 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 313, 307, 323, 344, 379, 366, 376, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation in the complaint petition is of committing rape but from the reading of the complaint petition, it appears that the petitioner and victim had eloped and they stayed in Nepal for some time.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that two more cases were filed by the victim. In one case, final form has been submitted and in other cases

5. In paragraph 18 of the present bail petition, a statement has been made that the girl has already married and she is staying some where else and she has no complain against the petitioner.

6. The petitioner is in custody since 13.7.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 558 of 2021.
