The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with A.B.P. No. 995 of 2022 arising out of Manpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 2511 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 193, 196, 197, 209 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is a widow having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below
