Patna High Court CWJC No.671 of 2017(3) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 05-09-2018 We fail to appreciate how the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for review of the order passed by the Learned Single Judge as far back as on 14.12.2012 in C.W.J.C. No. 23033 of 2012 would be maintainable.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is not in a position to satisfy the Court as to how the present petition would be maintainable.

On the aforesaid ground alone, the present petition stands dismissed.
