2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 08.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48587 of 2025 whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 181 of 2025, the petitioner could not release from the judicial custody.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in paragraph '14' as well as in the prayer portion of the petition, it has inadvertently been typed as "Learned CJM Gaya" instead of "Learned CJM, Nawada".

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for correction in the bail petition.

5. Permission is accorded for the same in course of the day to correct the petition.

6. Let the paragraph no. 6 of the order dated 08.08.2025 be read as "Learned CJM, Nawada" instead of "Learned CJM, Gaya."

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

8. The order dated 08.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48587 of 2025 is modified.

9. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.

10. The application stands allowed to the above extent.
