This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Dehri Town Police Station Case No. 372 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was allowed provisional bail by an order, dated 23.06.2016, while issuing notices to Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3.The Opposite Party No. 2 has entered appearance. There is nothing to show that after privilege of bail was allowed to the petitioner, he ever misused the said privilege. The order granting provisional bail speaks for itself on the merit
