The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 60 litres of country-made liquor were recovered from the tempo of which the petitioner is said to be the driver. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 06.06.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten

No.36548 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 164 of 2017 (Special Case No. 1570 of 2017) with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
