2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and coaccused Sanoj Kumar are alleged to have shot dead the husband of the informant.
