Petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No.197 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the Informant with Khanti on her head.

Case diary has been received. Injury report of the informant is available in the case diary. The doctor has found one lacerated wound over scalp, which was simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt object.
