2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341, 370A, 371, 376, 120B, of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the POSCO Act and Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act.

3. As per FIR, co-accused persons, many ladies and the petitioner along with one minor girl were apprehended in objectionable conditions from the sealed marriage hall of coaccused, namely, Rajendra Pandey. During search many objectionable articles were also seized by police officials.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this

The petitioner has no committed any wrong with the victim and as per her Medical Report, which is annexed as Annexure-2, it appears that the victim is a major aged about 19-20 years and no any physical assault and no any injuries were found on her body. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover he is languishing in judicial custody since 27.07.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of Bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as judicial custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 250 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special POCSO Court, Buxar.
