Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 356, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 13.10.2018 he had gone to the house of Harendra Rai on motorcycle to take some money from him and after taking Rs. 20,000/- from Harendra Rai, as he reached near the house of Bhajan Rai, petitioner alongwith other accused stopped the motorcycle and petitioner snatched Rs. 20,000/- and co-accused Mukesh Rai snatched golden chain from his neck. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57072 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 Occurrence took place on 13.10.2018 but FIR was lodged on 17.10.2018 after delay of four days without any explanation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, Petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Jurabanpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
