Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 346 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-acused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 17.03.2020, 10.12.2019 and 18.12.2019 as contained in Annexure-2 and 3 (series). Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 346 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
